Today’s episode is all about how to protect our energy, mindset & focus from the myriad of ‘stuff’ we can bump up against on a daily basis in the industry, especially from others we’re working with, whether it be ego, inner child wounds, projections, triggers, stress etc - and not only put a healthy distance between us and what’s not ours, but to thrive in our career as we navigate rehearsals, performing, auditioning and our day to day (as we live out our dreams 😉✨)
I also share 2 of my favourite processes & tools for protecting my energy, focus and life force before heading into rehearsals/work days with teams.
